Our Willard style noodle bowl was inspired by the culinary traditions of Japanese ramen and udon noodle soups. One order feeds one person and includes a delicious dried shiitake mushroom base broth, ramen noodles topped with scallions, carrots and napa cabbage and tofu, along with a side salad of Asian mixed greens with miso sesame dressing.
